Third Party Payments

Purpose
This policy establishes Shuma Sports’ procedure for recovering merchant processing costs associated with credit and debit card payments processed through third-party payment platforms.

Policy Statement
Shuma Sports passes through a 2.5% credit card and debit card processing fee on all payments made via credit card or debit card when processed through a third-party payment processor, including but not limited to Paymerang, Bill.com, or similar platforms.

Scope
This policy applies to all customers, vendors, partners, and payors who elect to remit payment to Shuma Sports using a credit card or debit card through a third-party payment processor.

Fee Calculation and Application

• The processing fee will be 2.5% of the total payment amount.
   
• The fee may be included in the total payment charged by the processor or added as a separate line item on the invoice or payment confirmation.
   
• This fee reflects the actual costs imposed on Shuma Sports by third-party payment processors and is intended solely to recover those costs.
   

Alternative Payment Methods
To avoid this processing fee, Shuma Sports accepts the following payment methods that do not incur card processing charges:

• ACH transfer
   
• Check
   
• Other approved non-card electronic payment methods
   

Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment via credit card or debit card through a third-party payment processor, the payor acknowledges and agrees to the 2.5% processing fee in accordance with this policy.

Effective Date
This policy is effective as of __________________ and will remain in effect unless amended in writing by Shuma Sports.
