All of our group orders are handled by a sales rep that is assigned to your account. If you do not have a rep yet, please fill out the contact us form, and we will pair you up with one of our sales professionals.
Not all invoices will have shipping, but in many instances we have to order the product specifically for your order directly from the manufacturer. The shipping reflects the cost to get the product to our warehouse. Shipping should be reflected in the quote you receive from your rep before placing the order.
Decorated orders typically take 7-10 business days from art approval. If there is an issue with backordered items, your sales rep will follow up with you to make sure we can still hit your delivery deadline.
